(1)	All fees must be paid in full prior to the first date of any reserved training,league,clinic,camp,tournament, rental or contract  unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SportsZone Inc.
(2)	Unless otherwise specified,official/referee/umpire fees are not included in the pricing for leagues/tournaments and shall be paid directly to the official/referee/umpire by each individual team.
(3)	Each player participating in a league must submit a fully executed insurance waiver form, either directly or part of the registration package forwarded to SportsZone Inc.
(4)	All fees paid to SportsZone Inc. are non-refundable. Registrants are not permitted to pay pro-rated fees. Cancellations due to weather will not be subject to make-ups.
(5)	A $30 return check fee will be charged for any check that is dishonored. All fees must be paid in full prior to field utilization.
(6)	A 10% handling fee shall be charged to any credit card transaction which was not accepted or must be reversed due to matters not attributable to SportsZone Inc. All fees must be made in full prior to use of any additional field utilization.
(7)	SportsZone Inc. may utilize security cameras on site which may video and audio patrons of its facility. By entering SportsZone Inc. you are consenting to being video taped while in the facility. In addition SportsZone Inc. may periodically photograph or video tape activities in the facility. These activities maybe used for promotional purposes. You are consenting SportsZone Inc. to photograph you while you are in the facility.
